Great things! Better Clinics has been acquired by Reckon, a leading Australian accounting software and business solutions provider that is focused on supporting small business.
This acquisition brings some exciting opportunities to our business and for you as a Better Clinics client.
Who are Reckon and how are they helping?
By working with a large and established ASX listed software provider you will now have the benefits of a business extremely familiar with developing cloud software, maintaining data security and a long history in the Australian market dating back to 1987.
This stability will be key to ensuring longevity and security for your clinic. With Reckon having served a customer base of 600 000, working with over 6000 partners, and boasting a dedicated team of over 225 employees – you could not be in better hands.
But don’t worry, the same Better Clinics team and software you have worked closely with will also be joining the Reckon family, ensuring that it is business as usual.

From July 2018.
What does this mean for you?
At Reckon, we already consider Better Clinics customers to be part of our family, so we want your experience during this transition to be a positive and seamless one. To make things as easy as possible, you can and should continue to use your Better Clinics service in the same way as you always have. In terms of managing your account and paying your subscription, this will remain unchanged.
