Updates & Changes – Inventory enhancements with Product variants

Here’s a shortlist of top Better Clinics releases – 21 January 2021:
  • SMS delivery improvements: we upgraded our connection to our SMS gateway partner to improve delivery rates and security
  • SMS ‘Send From’ has been updated to allow sending of a Word, but we no longer support setting this as a reply phone number. Phone numbers can no longer be set as the Origin due to security measures. If you need clients to reply, we suggest you include your number in the SMS content or use our Appointment Confirmation feature
  • Low Stock Reminders: Now set Low Stock Reminders for Merchandise items. When the Stock level hits your set inventory count, you’ll get an email notification & an icon will appear as a visual reminder to order more stock.
  • Product Variants: If you sell a variant of a particular product (e.g. different sized or coloured T-Shirts) you can now assign variants to a product and track inventory counts per variant.
  • Plus other smaller improvements & bug fixes.
