  • Retail POS launch. We’ve had great feedback on our practice management software and for those clinics that sell alot of products & merchandise we’ve released a dedicated Retail Point of Sale (POS) screen design that you can keep open all the time and sell merch with ease.   • New help desk. As well as having a dedicated customer support team to help you with all your questions – available on chat, email and phone, we’ve updated and launched our help desk with alot more help documents and the questions we get all the time. This is just a start and we’ll be adding to this over the next few months.

  • Added security feature with Account Lockout Policy

  • Accounting integration improvements – improvements to Reckon One, Xero and QuickBooks integrations

  • Improvements in database management (you won’t see this at all, but it helps with stability and performance)

  • Small updates to your online booking pages for your clients.

  • Adding notes to your client invoices just got easier. You can add and edit notes from the payment screen to add to an invoice, and any notes added to invoices will be available in the notes section for that client.

  • System navigation updates to make moving around easier and more logical

  • Mobile design improvements

  • Profit & Loss design & reporting updates
