New help desk. As well as having a dedicated customer support team to help you with all your questions – available on chat, email and phone, we’ve updated and launched our help desk with alot more help documents and the questions we get all the time. This is just a start and we’ll be adding to this over the next few months.

Adding notes to your client invoices just got easier. You can add and edit notes from the payment screen to add to an invoice, and any notes added to invoices will be available in the notes section for that client.
